April 2006 Meeting of the Pahove Chapter

Where: FOOTHILLS LEARNING CENTER IN HULLS GULCH (~2 miles N. of Fort Street on 8th Street, ¼ mile past pavement’s end)
When: 6:30 p.m. April 20, 2006; Open Planning Meeting at 5:30
Program: Creating a Learning Landscape in the Foothills
MEG ROBERTS of Sage Land Design will present the landscape plan for Firewise, Waterwise, and Wildlife-Friendly landscaping of the Foothills Learning Center and host a walking tour of the new facility and grounds. Take a look at the site plans and exchange ideas for species to be featured in this challenging theme garden! Some parking is available at the Center, or park in the lot near pavement’s end and enjoy a short springtime saunter to the site!
PLUS Pick up your birdsong cds and conservation booklet orders from Terry Rich.
