New or Renewal Membership Form

Please use this form for New and Renewal memberships.

Membership Benefits:

  • Sage Notes, our statewide quarterly newsletter
  • Notice of field trips, garden tours, plant sales, and monthly meetings and gatherings
  • Information about the Rare Plant Conference
  • Contact with professional and amateur botanists and other plant enthusiasts

This form will also work for membership renewals. Just go ahead and submit with your name and email address and we will renew your existing membership automatically if your email address remains the same. It's okay if your email address is different, it just means there will be a little reconciling to do at our end.

Note: When you have successfully completed payment at PayPal, there is a link on their site to return you here. You should see a thank you page, but in some cases, you will be returned to this form with a session timeout error and a request to submit this form. Don't resubmit the form in this case.
