Pam Brunsfeld will lead another field trip this Wednesday, May 21 at 3:30 to Bronson Meadows, mainly for the viewing of Camassia quamash.  It is an excellent year for camas and a site to behold. In fact, Meriweather Lewis in June of 1806 when first entering Idaho on the Camas Prairie wrote “from the colour of its bloom at a short distance it resembles lakes of fine clear water, so complete is this deseption that on first site I could have swoarn it was water. (sic)”

Meet at 3:30 at the Eastside Mall near the end of the Dollar Tree for carpooling.  Heavy rain cancels.
